Terms and Conditions

Welcome to YouthHub! By accessing or using our app and facilities, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the app or access the Youth Hub.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
  • If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, parental or guardian consent is required to use the app or access the Youth Hub.

2. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
  • Fake or misleading information during registration may result in account termination and a ban from Youth Hub facilities.

3. Membership and Access to Youth Hub

By becoming a member, you agree to respect the Youth Hub, its facilities, equipment, and community members.

  • Members must:
    • Treat all staff, volunteers, and other members with courtesy and respect.
    • Avoid any behavior that could harm, intimidate, or disrupt others.
    • Comply with all posted rules and regulations of the Youth Hub.
  • Members must not:
    • Damage or misuse any property, equipment, or resources within the Youth Hub.
    • Engage in discriminatory, harassing, or abusive behavior toward others.
    • Bring prohibited items, including illegal substances or weapons, onto the premises.

Members found violating these terms may face suspension or termination of their membership and/or legal action.

4. Use of Facilities and Events

  • Facilities must be used only for their intended purpose and during designated hours.
  • Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and reporting any damages immediately.
  • Youth Hub reserves the right to deny entry or access to individuals who violate its policies or pose a risk to others.

5. Liability and Conduct

  • Members are responsible for their own safety and belongings while on the premises. The Youth Hub is not liable for lost or stolen items.
  • Members agree to indemnify the Youth Hub against any claims arising from their actions or behavior.
